J.J. asked: I believe that casinos have been cheating Horse Race Bettors. What do I need to file a lawsuit. Will I need to prove that I personally have lost money or just show how they are cheating to file the lawsuit?

Gemma E asked: there seems to be a lot of people out there saying that there is a way of cheating the casino, by taking advantage of the flaws in the programs. does anyone know anything about this, has anyone had any success, or lost out with it?

drbob2k7 asked: Is it really worthwhile going if your just going to get banned if you win anyway ?
Is there a big chance of being banned ?…. or is this a myth ?
Any info would be appreciated (except dont gamble etc)
Hey fallen angel! … lol theres no risk of me cheating, card counting or anything like it as I don;t have a clue on how to do it and am not interested anyway… after all gambling is supposed to be for entertainment after all… card counting just seems to take the fun away from the whole experience :)… But I was just concerned due to a lot of people saying they were banned just for winning a few thousand or suspected of cheating etc… but then again these people could have been cheating for all I know I suppose…. well thanks for your input

toucansam456 asked: Sometimes, I go to tables and clean up at blackjack. Other times, most of the time, if the dealer has a 10 or face card, their under card is ALWAYS another 10 or face card. They have to be cheating. If blackjack was honest, they would lose a lot of money, don’t you think?
At least the slots are honest. Roulette’s not that bad, but I definitely think some cheating goes on there. It’s possible, and probably very easy.

GogoKlepto88 asked: I’ve seen this in movies before such as in the recent hit film “21″ where these supposedly security guards or agents drag casino players into like a backroom if they suspect the player of cheating somehow and beat the crap out of the person. How come they’re allowed to do that without getting arrested or anything?
